I would come back to this place in a heart beat. I’ve been a patient for maybe 7 or 8 years. Dr. Cole is the most thorough doctor that I’ve ever seen (in my 40 years) for my extremely bad vision. Every time I come in, I am treated like I am his only patient and not just another customer. His attention to detail and customized approach is hard not to notice. In addition to that, they have very modern equipment and are always keeping up to date when it comes to new technologies and new studies. The doctor is very knowledgeable, experienced and one of the most humble and respectful doctors that I’ve met. He also saw my daughter for her vision which was getting worse fast. He recommended something that we noticed was very effective and has slowed down her decline in vision noticeably. Jen is also amazing. She’s very caring and knows her contacts like no other. About a year ago, we moved across the country and have not been able to find anyone who compares in service and care. If I’m ever in Vancouver, I will make it a point to stop by. They’ve even helped us recently, even though we’re not direct customers any more. They go above and beyond our expectations. From the pre-exam tests by the technician, to the very detailed exam, the choosing and ordering of the hardware, to the follow up care that doesn’t stop once you leave the building, East Vancouver Eye Care is by far the best vision center that I have ever been to.

Everyone that works at Dr. Cole's Clinic is friendly, knowledgeable and simply amazing. Dr. Cole cares for you sincerely and spends the time you need. He keeps up to date with new technology so that exams are less invasive and more thorough. I have been seeing Dr. Cole for 22 years. We have moved up north, yet I didn't give a thought to finding another Dr. closer. He come with my highest recommendation.

Dr. Cole and his staff provide the most professional and thorough eye care I have ever received. Their equipment and practices are state-of-the-art. This is my Number One 'go to' for my vision needs. They genuinely care about your vision health, which is expressed by kindness and competence, and the time they take to explain tests and recommendations.

East Vancouver Clinic is the best place to go for eye care I will not go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and they treat you like family if you have a problem they find out what the issue is and if they can help you they will. I tell everyone if they want the best eye care go to East Vancouver eye clinic hands down they are the best in Vancouver, Wa.

I had went to East Vancouver Eye several years ago. Last year I decided to go somewhere else because it was closer. Big mistake. These guys are very professional and thorough. Dr. Gary Cole actually did the fitting for my contacts (not a tech) and provided a weeks worth to make sure they will be a good fit. I will not switch again.

I have been with East Vancouver and Dr Cole for many years, since they were newly open and he was the only doctor. I have seen both doctors and I must say, they both are excellent, thorough in their care, and compassionate in their patient interaction. They choose to invest in taking care of their people instead of submitting to the insurance monster (insert rant). That means we cash pay and you get the best high quality care and products. That means me, as their patient, has no doubt I will be there number 1 priority. I am wonderfully astounded at just how much I’m well cared for in each and every visit from start to finish. I go because of the amazing people and service. They aren’t in my Network either, doesn’t matter, you’re eyes matter. Insurance companies make you take on cheaper coverage and brands , not worth it. East Vancouver Eye will not disappoint.
